Ship’s log: Monday, March 29, 2010

I know that I have not posted in over a year. But tonight I just got about the worst news I have ever been given. On Friday and Saturday we had a two day trip from a new shop in Utah and everyone had a really good time. I was sick, and tried to stay out of everyone’s way, but a young man, wing nut, son of peanut, kept coming over to see me and check to see if I was ok. He is about 8 or 9.
I got a call about an hour ago from the charter master, it is now 8:50pm, and told me that wing nut was in the hospital in intensive care.
Peanut was working in his yard using a tractor and backed over his son. Wing Nut has a punctured lung and liver. I called Peanut, but as expected he did not answer the call. I can not think of a single thing that can be as bad as this.
I am not particularly a religious person, but perhaps if enough of us can give an extra prayer or good thoughts for Wing Nut, he will pull through this.
Kommader Kodi and will.

Until next time…………………..
